What you can do now

Three requests we handle by email

  • Correct your listing

Tell us what's wrong: phone, hours, website, email or address. Include the business name and license number. License facts follow the state record, so those change when DBPR's record changes.

  • Remove your listing

Owners and authorized staff can ask us to remove a listing. Include the business name and license number, and write from your company email.

  • Add your company

We list a business when its name matches a Current, Active Florida license in the same county. If we haven't reached your county yet, send your license number and we'll add it to the list.

Owners only

How we confirm you speak for the business

We don't change or remove a listing until we know the request comes from the company.

  1. Write from your company domain

An email from you@yourcompany.com matches the website on your listing. That's the fastest way for us to confirm you speak for the business.

  2. No website or company email?

Say so in your message. We'll reply and ask for another way to confirm before we change anything.

  3. We check the state record

We look up the license number you send on the DBPR license search and confirm it matches the listing.

Claiming

What claiming adds, and what it never changes

Claiming will let you add

Not open yet
  • Your service area and the roof types you install
  • Photos and videos of your own work, reviewed before they appear
  • An email address for homeowner messages
  • Your own description, labeled as the company's words

Claiming never changes

  • License number, type, status and dates. These come from the DBPR record
  • Entries on DBPR's published discipline lists
  • Ratings, once ratings open

If the state record itself is wrong, the fix starts with DBPR. Our listing follows at our next check. How listings are built
