Questions about Art Construction of NW FL

- Not for roofing, as far as we can tell. The name matches a contractor license, not a roofing license (CCC or RC). Ask who holds the roofing license for your job.
- Why is this company on the site then?
- It came back in a Google Maps search for roofing contractors in Bay County on 2026-09-22. We publish what Google shows, and we say on every page whether we have confirmed the license, while we work through the license match county by county.
- Who pulls the roof permit?
- Your licensed contractor pulls it, not you. Bay County's building department issues permits outside city limits.
