Florida contractor license
This is a contractor license, not a roofing license. In Florida a roofing license starts with CCC or RC. Ask who holds the roofing license for your job.

Discipline record
We searched Florida DBPR's published discipline reports for licenses CBC1268245 and CGC1529928 and found no entry. Those reports cover licensed-contractor discipline entered between Jul 1, 2021 and May 19, 2026, and Recovery Fund claims entered between Jul 13, 2021 and Jul 15, 2025. Open complaints, and cases outside those dates, are not in them. This is what we searched, not a clean bill of health.

Questions
Questions about Coastal Building Construction, LLC
- Is Coastal Building Construction, LLC licensed in Florida?
- Not for roofing, as far as we can tell. The name matches a contractor license, not a roofing license (CCC or RC). Ask who holds the roofing license for your job.
- Why is this company on the site then?
- It came back in a Google Maps search for roofing contractors in Gulf County on 2026-09-20. We publish what Google shows, and we say on every page whether we have confirmed the license, while we work through the license match county by county.
- Who pulls the roof permit?
- Your licensed contractor pulls it, not you. Inside Port St. Joe that is usually the city building department; outside the limits it is Gulf County.

- No. The order comes from Google's search results, not from us, and we show no ratings or reviews. We publish the rating method before any rating appears anywhere on this site.
