Florida contractor license
This is a contractor license, not a roofing license. In Florida a roofing license starts with CCC or RC. Ask who holds the roofing license for your job.

Questions
Questions about Reef Runner Remodeling & Repair
- Is Reef Runner Remodeling & Repair licensed in Florida?
- Not for roofing, as far as we can tell. The name matches a contractor license, not a roofing license (CCC or RC). Ask who holds the roofing license for your job.
- Why is this company on the site then?
- It came back in a Google Maps search for roofing contractors in Santa Rosa County on 2026-09-22. We publish what Google shows, and we say on every page whether we have confirmed the license, while we work through the license match county by county.
- Who pulls the roof permit?
- Your licensed contractor pulls it, not you. Santa Rosa County's building department issues permits outside city limits.
- Do you rank or rate these companies?
- No. The order comes from Google's search results, not from us, and we show no ratings or reviews. We publish the rating method before any rating appears anywhere on this site.
